As some may know and for that don't, I'm a pretty big TWD (The Walking Dead) fan thanks to my lovely girlfriend for getting me into the series. I was really never big into watching a lot of TV but there are some really good shows out there to watch. Such as Breaking Bad, Six Feet Under or Game of Thrones. There are a lot of series I like. So I'm pretty up to date of the series of TWD. And I will have to say that last night episode was like holy hell

{{[[ IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED SEASON 6 EPISODE 3 or season 6 yet. I would advise you to stop reading as the rest may have some SPOILERS. ]]}}

Season 6, just like a lot of the other season started off pretty crazy where the group finds a tons of walkers in a sort of quarry which is starting to fall apart while Rick and the group were coming up with plan to lead the horde of walkers (zombies) away from Alexandria. Anyways as the group starts leading the horde of walkers other things begin to happen the start messing up the plan like a loud horn going off which then starts making the walkers start going off the path that the group is trying to lead them in. This is where we start to lose some of the Alexandria people and the group starts to break off, Morgan heads back to Alexandria, which is where it sound like the horn noise is coming from. Anyways, in the 3rd episode of this season (season 6), alot of thing happen and Glenn ends up getting stuck in an alley with Nicholas (who had tried to kill Glenn previously and killed Noah) surrounded by a hug horde of walkers. Then both Glenn and Nicholas get on a dumpster still surrounded. Nicholas starts having this flashbacks or whatever and ends up shooting himself in the head and falling towards Glenn. Knocking them both off of the dumpster on to the ground where the camera shot show zombies eating on intestines of someone. But from the looks of it, Glenns TT. But it hard to say as he was not in the list of "The Talking Dead's" "for those we have lost" segment. But I really don't know what to think as I have watch that scene a couple times and still don't know what to think. In the comic book (though haven't read it myself) Glenn dies and a pretty brutal death at that. So if this is Glenn's death in the TV series, I think the creators are being nice about it as I don't think many people could handle the comic book death very well. But if he does live does that mean he will die the comic book death as it is I read in a few places that they are bring in  the comic book character Negan. It's hard to say I guess we will have to wait and see.

Side note I'm working on my blog current layout as some things didn't seem to work the way they were supposed too.

Well, I have been having a hell of a time with school let alone sitting at my computer to try and get things done for whatever project I have. I haven't worked on any of my music, any of the apps/software working on. Basically, all of my computer. Damn fucking FedEx hitting my car and totaling it and giving me a lot of neck and back problems. Sorry for the language guys but my blog is uncensored so if you don't like it you can leave LOL. Anyways the problem is siting for long periods of time, well sitting at all It seem to always have to move my legs or change my position. My chair is a piece of garbage with no support. U basically have a pillow, blanket, another smaller pillow for my lumbar area then a kind of pad. For those that don't know I was hit by a Fedex van back in 2012 on Oct 20 eight days before my birthday, bastards. The driver had said to the state patrol he was going 60 mph. My car was parked on the side of the highway shoulder with my hazards on and was getting ready to get a hod of a tow truck and a ride to work when I saw in my review mirror a van swerving down the road and I was thinking in my head like what the fuck is this dumbass doing when then BAM and I was flung all around and every which way. Thankfully, I was still wearing my seat belt. As I looked to the side to see what just had happen I followed the van with my eye watching to see if it was going to stop as it did NOT seem so for a bit as I didn't see the brake light for about 4-5 second or so then it finally stop. I was still in shock and I then realized what had happened and that I was hit on the gas tank side of my car and I freaked out, took seat belt off-man I hate remembering this-and crawled out the passager side. Long story short since then I have been going through a lot of treatment and extra bullshit that cause other problems. My own insurance company was a bunch of assholes too and did some pretty fucked up shit and I will be writing a review about them once I find a different insurance. I even had to stop treatment that was helping me get better.

Anyway, I been having problems completing my classes in my masters program at Colorado Technical University as due to the above mentioned. It sucks because I know I can do well as I maintained a 4.0 in most of my classes when I did my bachelors degree from the same school. It because I can't sit for long periods of time and now I having vision problems due to my eye disease called Keratoconus which I had for quite some time but was diagnosed 8 years ago. Because of the accident I haven't been able to afford eye care or to even get my eyes checked even though I got had got a job where I got more hours and higher wage but it was hard to even do that as I kept missing a lot of work. I wa sstill job hunting in the beginning as I was trying to get a job in my degree of study but stop searching after a while as I was missing a lot of work at my current job. I ended up getting fired and I haven't been fired from a job in a long time. I have an eye appoint coming up so hopefully it helps then I can just focus on making sitting as comfortable as possible well I'm going to get going as I'm starting to have a hard time seeing my screen now and my low back is starting to hurt.

Talk to ya guy later. as you can see I don't posted as much as I would like too do to the above LOL

FedEx you stop being bastards

Well it has been a while since I had last posted but I've been pretty busy lately and had a massive computer failure with my custom pc gaming PC. I will go into more details on that a bit later as soon as I get all the images of the new build. I will say I had to replace almost every single component but the tower case.

I also start my master program here on August 16, 2015 which I'm nervous and excited. I've been having to get some tests done before I start class but with the computer failure and still having a lot of issues with sitting for a long period of time. I haven't even had a chance to look for grant and scholarships yet to try and get as mush of my schooling paid for. but that hasn't happened yet. I also have to get a ergonomic chair with full support for my back as mentioned in a previous post I have upper and lower back issues from a car accident where I was hit by a FEDEx van at 60 mile per hour or at least that what the driver had said to the Sheriff that showed up to the accident scene. This happened in 2012 and sucks ass as I still have lots of problems because of this shit.

Sorry just frustrated with the situation.

Anyways, that kind of what has been going on. I will be posted about my computer build here soon as I have a bunch of image of my first computer rebuild. I had gutted everything out and got images of each.

Well I haven't posted in a while and decided to as I'm waiting for more back up disc to burn for the data I had recovered off a computer that had got a pretty nasty little virus in which someone else had tried to fix it and ended up erasing the whole documents & settings folder. The computer was having issue booting up to begin with where it would attempt to ruin start up repair. So it began as a computer virus remove and turned in to data recovery which I knew is what was going to happen. I started the work on this computer issue I believe sometime in the beginning of last week. First I attempted to try and getting the computer to boot into safe mode/recovery mode and it was a no go. To top off the issue I couldn't find the button to eject the disc so that I could put in a Puppy Linux disc and try to see if I can at least see the files. So I ended up creating a Puppy Linux boot USB flash drive and attempted the same thing that I would have done if I used the Puppy Linux disc. Got it to boot Up with a few key presses and saw that the entire documents & settings folder what missing or corrupted with a yellow triangle with exclamation point. So I know I have a better program I can use on my windows computer for recovering corrupt/deleted data but didn't have the cable to connect a SATA HDD via USB. So I had to order a cable just for that and ended up find one that supports not just SATA HDD but 2.5 and  3.5 IDE HDD. I also do SD card data recovery for my business Rutakus. Anyways I found that it takes a long time to recover data where I end up having to put a fan on my laptop and the HDD in order to keep it cool. I had done this with s a Toshiba Satellite L505. Not a bad laptop but not for task such as this and I would have done it with my desktop computer but I had a power supply failure and still waiting for my new power supply in.

Thank for reading.

Well it's been a minute since I last posted. I've been in a bit of pain and what not, but I've also been trying to get my school stuff squared away. For those that don't know I have got accepted into the Masters program at Colorado Technical University's online program. it's actually a Master's in Science with a major in Business Administration.

Anyways, I was going through some of my old files on an external hard drive of mine and found a bunch of my old music that I created with my computer using various DAW and sequencing software such as Fruity Loops Studio, Ableton Live, Techno eJay, ReBirth 2.0 and other Propellerhead's software.

My independant music label is called Productions of the Human Mind, which is more of a creative label type thing that I will be using for all my hobbies things. But it will be sponsored by my computer repair business, Rutakus.net. But I don't creat this music for money, that's why I'm allowing it to be downloaded and shared. But I do accept donations as I don't do this music as much any more as mentioned in a previous post about my car accident.

If you like my music feel free to make a donation by clicking the button below. The the donations are mostlikely going into my business to help it stay alive while I'm going through my phyiscal disability.
Anyways here is the link to my folder where you can download each of my tracks. You can also share them with others as well. Thank you.

So as mentioned my introduction post I've been dealing with a back/neck/spinal injury from a car accident I had got into back on Oct 20, 2012 which was 8 days before my birthday. So needless to say my birthday is sometimes hard to deal with as a lot of things that I like to do are limited and/or can't even do anymore at this time.

Anyways, I've been dealing with this injury for a .long time. I tried and have gone through multiple treatments and tried just about everything. I find that there are a few things that work but only work partly. When it comes down to I prefer to stay as holistic/natural as possible. But the problem with that is that most insurance companies don't like stuff like chiropractic and massage therapy. Or acupuncture which I have not tried yet as I will most likely have to pay for it out of my pocket. I have done chiropractic and massage therapy which I had to stop because of reasons I've been advised not to discuss but I will say that my insurance company is covering my medical bills right now though some thing I had to have covered by Washington Apple Health. I will say I'm not happy with my insurance company. But that will be all I say at this time. I'm back into my chiropractic treatment again but I'm only able to afford once a week at this time as I've been paying for it out of my pocket. I've gone through multiple injections like nerve blocks and trigger point injections, a few different prescriptions but I would like to get off it as now it feel like a band-aide and I feel it is making symptoms worse and/or causing new ones. At this time I only take Nortriptyline 25mg nightly which is suppose to help me sleep which had done so in the beginning. I take a lot of herbal supplements like triphala power, turmeric to help with going to the bathroom and inflammation. This does help too. But I've also been doing a lot of research in to other alternative holistic healing methods.

So long story short I will say that at the current standing I have multiple bulging disc from my neck down to my lumbar area. There also a disc degeneration in the lumbar area and a facet degeneration in cervical spine. I also have an EMG coming up to see if I have any nerve damage and such.

I will say that today I'm having a bit of a hard time and it's even hard to sit here and type this post. My pain scale is 7 and I feel really nauseated like I'm going to throw up.

Well thanks for reading though I don't care if you read this or not. This blog is more for myself then anything.

Well welcome to my wonderful world of random thoughts and stuff. My name is Russ, Russell or Ruste. I answer to all. I'm 35 years old and was born Oct.28, 1979 born in Minnesota. I live and have lived in Washington state most of my life. I've been through a lot and seen a lot throughout my life, the good, the bad, the ugly and the oh my god I can't believe that is happen/this person and/or whatever. I have a 4 year degree in Software engineering and planning on going back for my master in business administration. I currently run my own computer repair business and started taking over my grandfather's honey bee business with my mother and sister. Other then that I don't currently work for anyone else. If fact I'm not working that much at the moment as fate would have it I was in a pretty bad car accident over 2 years ago where I was hit by a van at 60 mph on a highway as I was pulled over to the shoulder with my hazards on due to my car not being able to go. I was on my phone looking up my mother's number to try and get a tow truck and a ride to work. That's when I noticed as I was looking in my rear-view mirror when I notice the van swerving on to the shoulder of the highway. Next thing you know I was hit and it even took the driver a bit to stop. I actually though at the time the driver of that van was going to keep driving. Anyways that is enough of that at the moment as I don't know if I can go into anymore detail as I'm still in the middle of the law suit with the company that had hit my car. I've been going though all kinds of treatment to try and get my neck, back and shoulder back to how they were before I was hit. Come to find out after long periods of treatment I started having issues with my leg tingling and/or going numb. My sitting ability has got worse and other such stuff I do feel like bitching about at the moment. I will say at the current moment I have multiple bulging discs from my neck down to my lumbar area and two of those in my thoracic spine (I think between T7-8 T8-9 or something close to that) are compressing my my cord slightly. But that is enough of that too.LOL

I enjoy a lot of things in life. I like all types of music from most electronic genres to classic rock, metal, and even some hip hop music. I love computers and technology, programming/web design (though that is limited due to my injury). I like spending time with my friends, family and my lovely girlfriend. I love computer/console gaming. I like creating music with MIDI and software DAW applications, mostly various electronic music genres. But you will get to know that or not when I start posting more which is why I'm not going to go into too much detail at the moment. Besides it's like 2:47am right now where I'm at and I should probably try and sleep. Side note I hev sleeping problems too as I have muscle spasms/twitching all through the night and everything tried only seem to work for a little bit that I start having issues except for one thing that I know works for more then one of my symptoms but I was advised by my lawyer to stop which really sucks as my baseline sleep seemed like it was starting to improve.

That's it for the moment.
